RETURNS & REFUNDS

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS/RETURNS?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns.

We will only accept refunds if items received are damaged or wrong items have been received. Photos evidence must be shown when requesting for a refund. 

Shipping Policy 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Customized items take a longer time around 7-10 business days as they are handmade with love.

These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience. All parcels will come with a tracking number, so you can keep track of it as well.
